PARTNERS

We have been fortunate enough to partner/collaborate with various non- profit organizations, academic institutions and civil societies globally for the past several years. Many of them are key players in the WHO global strategy for the elimination of cervical cancer. The knowledge, energy and diversity brought by these organization will be an important driver for our contribution to the global movement to end cervical cancer. Following is a partial list of our present and past partners and collaborators:

WHY CERVICAL CANCER

Cervical cancer is a preventable public health problem.

This is the only cancer for which we know the cause – 99% of cervical cancers are caused by a common virus called the Human papillomavirus or HPV - hence a vaccine.

The HPV vaccine is very safe and up to 97% effective in preventing cervical cancer.

We can screen for this cancer by safe, simple and inexpensive methods including self -sampling even in developing countries

We can treat and cure it with hand-held devices if treated early.

With HPV vaccination and screening , cervical cancer is almost 100% preventable.

Yet, one woman dies every two minutes from this disease in this world.

TOGETHER, WE CAN END THIS CANCER!
